Our approximately 45 m² apartment can accommodate up to four guests and is ideal for couples, small families, or friends who want to explore Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps at a leisurely pace.
The apartment features a separate bedroom, a cozy living and dining area with a high-quality BRUNO sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, bed linens, and towels are, of course, provided.
The combination of a quiet residential location and short distances is particularly appealing: the center of Prien, with its cafés, restaurants, ice cream parlor, and shopping options, is within easy walking distance. The train station is only about a five-minute walk away. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Lake Chiemsee, with its lakeside promenade, harbor, and boats to Herreninsel and Fraueninsel.
This makes the CHIEMSEE APARTMENT an ideal starting point for relaxing days by the lake, trips to the mountains, and exploring the region. In winter, there’s also a small sledding hill just about 200 meters from the apartment.
